Last week, Sean over at Musings Of A Serial Procrastinator bestowed upon me this fine award which is, and I quote, given to those who share their creativity through writing stories, poems and themselves through their writing.
The rules are that this award should be given to those who have written a poem, a story, scripts, or some other creative form of writing for their blog.
They call for you to:
1. Thank the blogger who nominated you for the award, and link to their blog
2. Write a 8 line poem about yourself.
3. Nominate 4 other bloggers for the award and notify them of their nomination
So, Sean, thank you so much for thinking of me! Seans’ blog is very inspiring – he writes beautifully and I love reading his posts. If you havent already done so, go and check it out!
Next….. a poem about myself. Well. Ok. This is new but I’ll give it a go nonetheless……
The essence of her soul defines her
A myriad of broken dreams
The presence of your love excites her
Is it what it seems?
A smile will break upon her
Will she be carefree?
She’ll smile because you love her
And forever be set free
Ok, a bit of a cryptic poem…….is it about me ‘per se’? Maybe π
Now, onto the nominations. I dislike this part of the award post because every blogger deserves this award. But, I’ll stick to the rules this time and nominate:
You really like to make your readers think, don’t you … π I love the ‘maybe’ bit.
Thank you for the award, Virginia π My related post is now up.
